• Before Course/Service Start: You may cancel within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After Course/Service Start: No cancellation is allowed once access to course materials or services has been provided.

2. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
• We do not offer refunds for completed courses, partially attended sessions, or unused subscription periods.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Downloadable resources, e-books, and completed training sessions are non-refundable.
